	Dr. W. Bryniczka Gregory C. Bryniczka, DPM Graduated from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1974, and he completed his surgical residency at both Northlake Community Hospital and Hines Veteran Hospital. Board certified in foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Bryniczka is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. A past president of United Podiatry Services of America, he also serves as a consultant to Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. Dr. Bryniczka is especially interested in sports medicine and is an Associate of the American College of Podiatric Sports Medicine. Dr. Bryniczka began private practice in 1976. Dichoso, DPM, MBA, CWS Dr. Dichoso studied in the Honors College of the University of Illinois at Chicago receiving his Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences and Minor in Chemistry in 1992. He graduated with Cum Laude honors from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago with a degree in Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1996. He continued his training with a three year residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in the west side of Chicago which involved two years of surgical training in the foot and ankle. Dr. Dichoso received his Masters in Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Health Services Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Dr. Dichoso is Board Certified in Primary Care in Podiatric Medicine by the American Board in Multiple Specialties in Podiatry, Board Certifed as a Certified Wound Specialist by the American Academy of Wound Management, Board Certified in Podiatric Surgery by the American board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry, Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and ankle Surgeons. He is a member of the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association as well as the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Dichoso is an avid promoter of preventative treatment and patient education. This is especially critical in the fields of diabetic management of foot and ankle ailments, sports medicine, child foot deformities, and the geriatric population. . Allen Chvala, Jr., DPM Received his Baccalaureate Degree from Loyola University-Chicago with a major in Biology and minors in Philosophy and Theology. He graduated from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine with a degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1972 and began practice shortly thereafter. Dr. Chvala is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and Board Certified in foot and ankle surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. The prevention and treatment of pediatric and adolescent foot disorders is especially interesting to Dr. Chvala. Coming from a medically-orientated family, (his father and grandfather were pharmacists with a family pharmacy in Cicero for 60 years), he feels his interest in children's foot problems was influenced by a podiatrist that had a large podopediatric practice located near his dad's pharmacy. He remembers how that doctor gained a great amount of satisfaction from treating children and how well the majority that had problems responded and were able to walk functionally better and more comfortable after his treatment. In his free time, Dr. Chvala enjoys fishing, gardening, and photography. He usually supplies the offices with tomatoes, cabbages, squash and pumpkins every year at harvest time. He is one of the founding members of the DuPage County Bassmasters, and tries to fish with his fellow members one weekend a month. Email Dr. Chvala Adam W. Bryniczka, DPM Dr. Adam Bryniczka is a native of the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. He began his studies at the University of Connecticut before obtaining his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of medicine/Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2006. Thereafter he completed three years of Reconstructive Foot and Ankle surgical training at the Prestigious Yale University Hospital Residency program. In his final year of training, he was awarded and served as the Chief Administrative Resident at Yale University Hospital/DVA Healthcare Systems in 2008-2009. He is a member of the Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Yale Podiatric Society. In his comprehensive training, he had the opportunity to participate in the multidisciplinary approach to treat lower extremity limb threatening diseases with the cooperation of Vascular, Orthopedic and Plastic Physicians. He specializes in complex foot and ankle surgeries utilizing the latest advancements in various forms of internal and external fixation devices including joint replacement surgeries of the foot and ankle as well as Illizarov external fixation surgical techniques. In addition, he is highly trained in plastic surgery techniques for the creation of skin flaps to assist the coverage of diabetic and traumatic induced wounds. He has helped in continuing education as well as educating other physicians in advances of surgical techniques in the foot and ankle. He is the author of numerous publications and has received many scholastic and surgical awards. Also he has embarked on medical missions to Third World countries for treatment of Pediatric foot and ankle pathology. He currently resides in the western suburban area of Chicago with his wife, Eva and daughter, Anna. E-Mail Dr. Bryniczka Dr Richard R Leitzen Dr. Richard Leitzen completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Loyola University Chicago graduating Cum Laude in 2002. Following this, he completed training as an EMT, and spent a year and a half working for an ambulance company in Chicago. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science with his Doctoral degree in 2008. Upon graduation, he gained entrance to the Yale Podiatric Surgical Residency where he spent three years undergoing surgical training. Dr. Leitzen is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the Pi Delta National Podiatric Honor Society. Dr. Leitzen’s surgical training at Yale emphasized a comprehensive care approach to reconstructive foot and ankle surgery highlighting care of acutely ill patients, flatfoot and Charcot reconstruction, and care of traumatic injuries to the foot and ankle. Podiatric surgeons work closely with specialists in many other areas of medicine to care for patients with both limb, and life threatening illnesses. It is important to note that Dr. Leitzen spends a great deal of time working with his patients on preventive/conservative care measures and places emphasis on patient education.
